Highly recommended server’s Tongtong!!! This was my first time visiting this Haidilao location. From the moment I walked in, I honestly didn’t have a very good first impression. Haidilao is well known for its excellent service, but compared with my previous experiences at other Haidilao locations, the service here initially felt quite different. However, everything changed when our server Tongtong came to our table. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Haidilao, and I really want to give a special thank you to the staff of Tongtong Li. he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire meal. He made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us. his service was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you Tongtong for making my first time visit so enjoyable! I would definitely come back again and highly recommend Haidilao because of his amazing service. I truly hope Tongtong can be an example for the other employees. I hope more staff members can bring the same level of enthusiasm, warmth, and genuine care to their service. Employees like

I dined in for hot pot, and while my party and I were waiting to be seated, there was an unexpected commotion that appeared to involve a small fire, which caused smoke to fill part of the restaurant. (See the attached photos and videos.) I have to admit, I was pretty shocked by what happened. My party stayed while I took a moment to process everything, and we ultimately decided to continue with our dinner once things were under control. Because of everything happening, I completely forgot to take photos of the food that came out afterward. I do want to recognize the staff for their response and the great service they provided after the incident. They accommodated us, made sure we were taken care of, and helped turn an unexpected situation into a positive dining experience. Once we settled in, we truly enjoyed our meal. The quality of the meats was excellent, the hot pot was delicious, and the service remained attentive. I'm glad we were able to stay and enjoy dinner.

I came on a Sunday afternoon with my girlfriend and her family for her birthday and I had an amazing time and had an amazing lunch! (It was everyone’s first time eating hotpot and they loved it) My server was Viktor and he really took his time to take care of us and our party so we really appreciate that this restaurant was able to accommodate for 16 people with great service. We will definitely be coming back!

Haidilao in Flushing is back with its Meat O’Clock deal for just $19.99 per person, featuring unlimited orders of two meats, two seafood selections, and two varieties of tripe. This late night special is available Sunday through Friday from 9 PM until closing. Pick your favorite broth, then head over to the sauce bar, which also offers a variety of cold dishes, snacks, fresh fruit, and desserts. The staff is genuinely friendly and efficient, quickly clearing tables while making sure your food keeps coming. If you’re craving hot pot, Haidilao is definitely worth a visit. Now the real question is: how many plates can you stack up?

Was brought here for my birthday. Service is unlike anything I ever experienced before. 10/10. Bathrooms are nicer than my own at home. The entire experience is a must. Be sure to look up the secret sayings to tell your server for an ever more fun experience!! Food is great, all the little amenities they have are great. 10/10 experience.
